Hello, my name is Jaelyn. I would like talking about how you speak up and protect your psychology mind and well being.
Being bullied, negelected always happen in our society. No matter in family, school or working place all will happen. Yes, I agree the point that things didn’t complicate but people do. Maybe they’re jealous, low self-esteem, lack of empathy are the reasons. Or maybe they had the past trauma experience or being bullied. But no matter what’s their intention. As a high- value woman, we no need to care about what their intention, no need to care about the reason why.
Because you’ll get anxiety when you focusing on “WHY” in psychology. It’s just like you run deep in the swirl.
What we should do in this situation?
1: Take the time to feel your emotion. The effected way to let go emotional burns out is touch and feel your emotions first, then let it go. Feeling how sad are you is not weakness, it’s wisdom.
2: Set the boundary. As a high value woman, we don’t afraid to speak up which scared someone out. We speak up for the right, we speak up for protect ourself no matter in any situation. High value women won’t gossip. She knows her value but it doesn’t mean she not dare to speak up.
3: Take a rest. Take a deep breathe and set a limit for yourself how many times you need. If we don’t set the limit, we only swim deep on our relax procession and we forget the energy we had before.
4: Recall your energy back. This is very important. Thinking about how happy you were when you go running, how happy you were when you drawn, how happy you were when you opened the website reply customers, how happy you were when you writing blogs. That’s your energy no one can compare for. That’s the value no one can instaed of you. That’s the only way that we speak up which telling others who am I and what I value.
